The “purpose of purpose” is to leave an impactful legacy, this is why it’s for those who want to make things better, who live their life with intent, and who have the courage to challenge reality and ultimately change the status quo.

At Purpose-Driven Academy we are helping people clarify their individual purpose. We recognize that understanding the individual is the key to defining and cultivating organizational purpose. This is a natural sequence and it is the blueprint for all our organization’s cultural transformation projects.

Enable Company Purpose

Organizations that successfully enable their purpose create a shared sense of commitment among their employees, fostering a culture where everyone is motivated by the broader spectrum of how impactful their work is. This will elevate employee morale and retention, and will also spread into the consumer marketplace. Activating the organization’s purpose will contribute to redefining the brand and will positively impact the organization’s ecosphere.

Codify Individual Purpose

When we codify our individual purpose and then identify organizational purpose, we set the stage to help employees feel more motivated in what they are doing. Getting organizational purpose right redefines the company's brand identity and allows customers to live a much more authentic and innovative brand experience.

Our mission at Purpose-Driven Academy is to share knowledge, spread a new business culture, and prepare organizations and teams for the future of business. 

We strive for an unwavering and contagious passion in everything we do and want people to feel safe during their purpose discovery journey. In all of our exercises and training, we incorporate and draw from the book “CODIFY YOUR PURPOSE”. 

At Purpose-Driven Academy, we know that each individual’s unique purpose plays a crucial role in shaping innovative and forward-thinking organizations.

In 2021 I founded the Purpose-Driven Academy to contribute to today’s lack of purpose in business and life. 

I am a Business Innovation Architect, an innovation coach, a certified consultant, trainer, a board member, and visiting lecturer at different Italian Universities.
