”IDENTIFY COMPANY PURPOSE” Mode sets the stage to help employees feel more motivated in what they are doing.
Getting organizational purpose right redefines the company’s brand identity and allows customers to live a more authentic and innovative brand experience.
What’s The Identify Company Purpose Mode?
”IDENTIFY COMPANY PURPOSE” is the second step of the sequence (see the image below), the fastest and deepest experience of the whole process. It consists of a two-day retreat workshop and a debrief day to wrap up the teamwork.
This is when all team members — who have already completed the “INDIVIDUAL PURPOSE ALIGNMENT” Mode — live an experience designed to identify their organization’s purpose and manifesto.
Team members work together to define the five key concepts of the Purpose-Driven Business Canvas and prepare to move on to the third and final step of our sequence: “ENABLING COMPANY PURPOSE”.
